Chinese-made lawn mowers have gained popularity due to their high – quality and cost – effectiveness. Here are some useful operating tips:

Pre – operation Checks

Before starting the lawn mower, check the fuel level. If it’s a gasoline – powered one, make sure there is enough gasoline. For electric lawn mowers, ensure the battery is fully charged. Also, inspect the blades for any signs of damage or dullness. Dull blades can make the mowing process less efficient and may damage the grass.

Mowing Patterns

Changing your mowing pattern regularly can prevent the grass from leaning in one direction. You can mow in a horizontal pattern one time and a vertical pattern the next. This helps the grass grow upright and evenly, giving your lawn a more professional look.

Cutting Height Adjustment

Adjust the cutting height according to the type of grass and the season. In spring and summer, when the grass grows vigorously, you can set a slightly higher cutting height. In autumn, a lower height may be appropriate. Avoid cutting the grass too short, as it can stress the grass and make it more susceptible to diseases.

Maintenance After Use

After mowing, clean the lawn mower thoroughly. Remove any grass clippings stuck to the blades and the body. If it’s a gasoline – powered mower, turn off the fuel valve to prevent fuel leakage. Store the lawn mower in a dry and safe place to prolong its service life.
